Cluap1^KOembryos have downregulated expression of Patched-1 and Gli1. Real-time PCR results for the expression of Patched-1 and Gli1 in E9.5 Cluap1^WT and Cluap1^KO embryos demonstrate a significant decrease in expression of both Patched-1 and Gli1.
