Microtubule formation during CP assembly. Zygotes obtained by mating pf15 with a WT strain expressing triple HA-tagged α-tubulin were analyzed by immunofluorescence microscopy using anti-α-tubulin (a1–e1), anti-HA (a2–e2), and anti-hydin (a3–e3).
