(C) Twenty micrograms of flagellar proteins were isolated from wild-type (FLA24) and fla24 cells at 21°C, and probed with DHC1b and D1bLIC antibodies. The membrane that used to probe D1bLIC was stripped and reprobed with α-tubulin to normalize the loading.
